    Executive Director

    Patty joined Anchor Lancaster in 2017.  As the Executive Director Patty works with staff and other social services to provide a welcoming space for our guests.  Additionally, Patty leads marketing and strategic planning for Anchor Lancaster.

    Kitchen Manager

    Stan brings years of food management experience to Anchor Lancaster.  He runs the kitchen, organizes the food and keeps our guest full.

    Kelly supports the Executive Director in daily operations of the organization.

    Guest Services

    Jonah is the head of Guest Services and owns Clydesdale LLC.

    He provides safety and security to all our guests and volunteers.

    Secretary

    Sharon is the backbone of supporting the program with her clerical and organizational skills.

Board of Directors

The Anchor Lancaster Board of Directors is a hands on working board.   Everyone is willing to dive in and do the hard work, managing all aspects of running a program that feeds over 180 people per day.  Many members of the board have been part of the program since the transition from St. James and the formation of the 501c3.  The board meets every other month.
